Delete your RaveLog account.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This page is the web deletion pathway for RaveLog Android accounts provided by Infinity Machine LLC. You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it.

Delete from the Android app

  1. Open RaveLog and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm the request.

If that option is unavailable in your installed version, use the web request below.

Request deletion from the web

Email support@ravelog.net with the subject Delete my RaveLog account. Send the request from the email address used to sign in to RaveLog, or include that address in the message so we can locate the account.

Never send your password, verification code, API key, or payment information. RaveLog support will never ask for them.

What is deleted

After we verify the request, we delete:

Local-only nights, festivals, photos, and other records remain on the Android device until you clear RaveLog's storage or uninstall the app. Data another user owns, records we cannot safely attribute to the requesting account, and limited security or legal records may not be deleted with the account.

Timing and limited retention

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain the deletion request and a minimal completion record for up to 90 days to prevent abuse, document fulfillment, and resolve support issues. Infrastructure providers may retain security logs for their ordinary limited retention periods.

iPhone and iCloud data

RaveLog on iPhone uses Apple's iCloud and Sign in with Apple rather than the Android Firebase account described above. Use the iPhone app's data controls for local and iCloud records, or email support@ravelog.net if you need help identifying the correct deletion path.
